Where Service to the Elderly Begins by Being a Friend
For many elderly, isolation comes with growing older. Little Brothers—Friends of the Elderly extends a helping hand to those 60 and older who are without regular support from family and friends. We provide friendly visiting, programs and services that combat loneliness and promote independent living.

Our services include:
Friendly Visiting—Our signature program provides the lonely, isolated elderly with a friendly visit at least twice a month.
Medical Transportation—We provide transportation to and from doctor and hospital appointments for those who have no other transportation options available to them.
Holiday Dinners—We sponsor dinners on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter for the elderly who would otherwise be spending their holiday alone.
Wood Cutting—We cut, split, deliver, and stack firewood for those elderly who continue to heat their homes with wood.
Christmas Packages—We assemble and deliver gift boxes of non-perishable food that include easy to prepare meals.
Food Bags—Each month we deliver a grocery bag of non-perishable food to the elderly who are in need.
