Established by the Clark family in memory of their son, Kenneth Ryan Clark, the purpose of this fund is to provide perpetual funding for the operations and programs of Dial Help, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the community by providing problem assistance, crisis intervention, referrals, education and training.
